Welcome to Hunts & Beds Planning Drawings
With over 30 years industry design experience, we are a small design company that produces bespoke clear and efficient building plans and elevations that are suitable for submission to the local authority to gain planning permission approval.
Our Process
We would be pleased to initially speak with you about what changes you are looking to make to your home, property or building. If you are happy to appoint us we would follow this up with a visit to meet you to discuss the alterations in more detail, followed by our subsequent preparation of drawings. These drawings would usually include the plans and elevations that would be used for your local authority Planning Application.
Pre-design discussions
We would have an initial conversation with you about what you are looking to acheive. We would usually be able to advise our fee costs at this stage too.
Site visit
We would visit your property to gain an understanding of the building and carry out a measurement survey.
Production of drawings.
We produce our building and planning application drawings with the industry leading Autodesk Revit software. This allows us to also provide you with 3D views of the scheme. Unlike some other companies, we do not charge extra for 3D views.
The Planning Application
Once we've issued you with the drawings and agreed that they represent the proposals, we will request payment of the local authority fees and we will submit the drawings and application.
